Just a point in defence of big boobs I have two friends in the top heavy depatment (f and g respectively (UK sizes)) both without surgery or being extra weighted elsewhere. It has caused back problems in the past for both of them and its probably down to the genes. It is possible – just not that usual to notice – particularly when they’re shy about it and wear baggy tops etc. Not all big boobed people flaunt it :)
